Program Origin
BraveMinds was born from a conviction that has guided idealis. since day one: better humans lead better organizations to better outcomes. We built this program because we believe that work starts earlier than most people think — and that the habits, skills, and self-awareness that define great leaders don't begin in the boardroom. They begin in middle school.

Program Objective
BraveMinds is a five-day, fully immersive leadership experience for rising 7th and 8th graders, grounded in idealis.' Human-Centered Leadership philosophy. The program develops self-awareness, courage, empathy, and the human skills that last a lifetime — using the same framework idealis. uses with senior executives, adapted for where students are right now.
Every day is built around the idealis. Human Core model. Students explore who they are, how they connect with others, and what kind of leader they want to be. On Day 4 — The Courage Lab — students take on a real challenge that requires stepping outside their comfort zone, discovering what they are capable of when they decide to lead.
BraveMinds runs in two locations: Amsterdam, Netherlands and the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania. The program is fully funded — free for all accepted students — and is application-based, with intentionally small cohort sizes to ensure every student gets the depth of experience the program is designed to deliver.
