Suzanne brings structure and follow-through to everything we do. A trained physical therapist and entrepreneur, she leads project execution across internal initiatives and client work—ensuring our ideas turn into impact. Grounded and collaborative, she believes the best outcomes happen when we build them together.

Dr. Sumona De Graaf is an organizational psychologist and trusted advisor to boards, founders, and C-level leaders. With a career spanning public and private sectors—from Republic Services to American Express—Sumona helps leaders unlock their full potential and solve their most complex human challenges.

Kendall Gregory
Leadership and Marketing Associate

Kendall helps bring leadership insights to life through thoughtful marketing and client support. She plays a key role in content creation, brand storytelling, and the design of learning experiences—making ideas accessible and engaging for leaders and teams. Melinda Wolfe
Managing Member

Melinda is a trusted advisor to executives navigating growth, change, and complexity. As Managing Member at idealis—and a member of our Board—she oversees U.S. operations and leads key business and financial functions. A former CHRO for global companies, Melinda brings decades of experience in HR operations, organizational design, talent and equity strategy,  and culture transformation. She partners closely with leaders to build workplaces that are equitable, high-performing, and built to last."

Abbey is an industrial-organizational psychologist who brings human insight to hard data. As research lead at idealis, they oversee the Pulse of the U.S. Workforce and power the analytics behind our executive advisory and coaching solutions. With deep expertise in workplace behavior and advanced data tools, Abbey helps us answer our clients’ most complex, people-centered questions—and uncover what it takes to build environments where everyone can thrive.

Allison Williams
Chief Learning Officer

Allison is a seasoned executive with deep expertise in organizational leadership and design. With over 20 years of experience leading large, complex institutions, she has overseen everything from crisis response and strategic planning to team leadership and daily operations.
