Abbey is an industrial-organizational psychologist who brings human insight to hard data. As research lead at idealis, they oversee the Pulse of the U.S. Workforce and power the analytics behind our executive advisory and coaching solutions. With deep expertise in workplace behavior and advanced data tools, Abbey helps us answer our clients’ most complex, people-centered questions—and uncover what it takes to build environments where everyone can thrive.
Abbey is driven by finding joy and purpose in all areas of their life. They love to spend time with friends and family, build LEGOs, and read. Abbey currently lives in Washington, DC, and enjoys finding new spaces and places to explore across the city. They love to watch sports and their favorite teams are the Boston Celtics, New England Patriots, and Washington Spirit.
