Alissa is an organizational psychologist and executive coach who helps leaders grow—and bring others with them. With nearly two decades of experience, she advises on human-centered strategies that spark transformation across people, culture, and performance. At idealis, she leads the design and delivery of executive advisory and leadership solutions that unlock meaningful, lasting change.
As a trauma-informed executive coach, Alissa's calling is to walk alongside clients wherever they are on the journey without judgment, and to help them find their way home to their own beauty and resilience. As an organizational psychologist, she knows that when we lead from this place of centeredness and love, it has a tremendous ripple effect on everyone around us and the companies and world we want to build. She lives in Atlanta, GA with her completely spoiled rescue dog and her husband, and in her free time she loves being in nature by water, reading and spending time with her family.
