Dr. Sumona De Graaf is an organizational psychologist and trusted advisor to boards, founders, and C-level leaders. With a career spanning public and private sectors—from Republic Services to American Express—Sumona helps leaders unlock their full potential and solve their most complex human challenges.
As an organizational psychologist, Sumona is fascinated by how people are motivated. Her greatest motivation is creating a better world for her kids to live in. Currently living in Amsterdam with her husband, two boys and two dogs, Sumona spends her free time with her family enjoying the culture and history of the city - on bike or foot. She also loves time in the "metal vessel" (e.g. an airplane), where she can think, write, read, and knit small things for small humans.
