Allison is a seasoned executive with deep expertise in organizational leadership and design. With over 20 years of experience leading large, complex institutions, she has overseen everything from crisis response and strategic planning to team leadership and daily operations. At idealis, she leads the design of learning experiences and organizational strategies that blend high humanity with high performance—helping leaders scale their business and their people with clarity, care, and intention.
Allison is a learner and an educator at heart who believes the best leadership doesn’t just happen in the boardroom—it happens in living rooms, on sidelines, and at bedtime, too. Allison, her wife, and their four children live in Pennsylvania. As the parent of four, she’s constantly reminded that growth, humility, and the ability to pivot are leadership essentials at home and at work.
She brings that same spirit to her partnerships with teams and organizations: honest reflection, deep curiosity, and a bias for strategic action. Allison is an avid sports fan and traveler and is always on the lookout for the most beautiful golf course she can play wherever she goes. Her greatest joy is helping people uncover what makes them extraordinary, and then designing from that place.
