Throughout the course of December 2024, U.S. workers remained balanced and steady, with limited ‘highs’ and ‘lows’ in their experience at work. However one low emerged as an outlier: only 52% of the U.S. workforce trusts their CEO, which has been steadily decreasing over the course of the last 11 months.
