The idealis Approach
Partnering closely with idealis designed a leadership development experience tailored to the client’s dynamic and fun environment. Grounded in our high-performance, high-humanity approach, the program empowered leaders to navigate complexity, foster adaptability, and align their personal growth with business priorities. The idealis team conducted Executive Interviews to better understand the priorities and dynamics in the business. In addition, a thorough review of archival data was done to incorporate existing leadership frameworks, performance management trends and developmental areas highlighted through other processes. The team worked closely with Learning & Development counterparts to Design an Experience that incorporated familiar frameworks to ensure continuity and consistency in messaging, while also bringing in next and best practices grounded in research and experience to support the development of a new way of thinking and leading in the current context.
